| 11th March 2003, 19:30 – 22:00 | Dovecotes project meeting | This meeting discussed the development of breeds of pigeons over time |
| 30th March 2003, 14:00 to 17:00 | Quarterly Open Meeting at Datchet | This was a presentation by the Datchet Village Society Fieldwalking Group describing their work at Southlea farm. For fuller details see the BARG April 2003 newsletter |
| 27th April 2003: 10:30 onwards | Visit to Weald and Downland Museum, West Sussex | This was an enjoyable day out visiting the buildings at the museum |
| 6th May 2003 19:30 - 22:00 | Dovecotes project meeting | This meeting discussed the 4 major phases of dovecote development in England and reviewed the dates of construction and styles of dovecotes in Old Berkshire |
| 10th May 2003 10:00 onwards | Peasemore History Day | This day was run by the village of Peasemore to review the history of the village. BARG explained the work they were planning to do in the village |
| 7th June 2003 10:00 start | Visit to Saxon W and NW Berkshire | During the day 20 people visited the church at Wickham, a Saxon charter bound near the White Horse, Wantage Museum and Cuckhamsley Hill or Scutchamer Knob (Cwichelmeshlaew) alongside the Ridgeway. |
