![]() | Geophysical Surveys and Mapping of Sarsen Stones carried out at at Hill Green (May/June 2008) On Saturday 31st May and Sunday 1st June BARG members carried out resistivity and magnetometer surveys at Hill Green, Leckhampstead, a suggested site of a lost 'cromlech' or neolithic long barrow. The locations of the many sarsen stone now scattered across the Green were also plotted. |
